【摘要】:Thepurposeofthispracticeistoenablethetransferofcalibrationfromsensorsthathavebeencalibratedbyprimarycalibrationtoothersensors.1.1Thispracticecoversrequirementsforthesecondarycalibrationofacousticemission(AE)sensors.Thesecondarycalibrationyieldsthefrequencyresponseofasensortowavesofthetypenormallyencounteredinacousticemissionwork.Thesourceproducingthesignalusedforthecalibrationismountedonthesamesurfaceofthetestblockasthesensorundertesting(SUT).Rayleighwavesaredominantundertheseconditions;thecalibrationresultsrepresentprimarilythesensor'ssensitivitytoRayleighwaves.Thesensitivityofthesensorisdeterminedforexcitationwithintherangeof100kHzto1MHz.Sensitivityvaluesareusuallydeterminedatfrequenciesapproximately10kHzapart.Theunitsofthecalibrationarevoltsperunitofmechanicalinput(displacement,velocity,oracceleration).1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
