【摘要】:Thistestmethodisapplicabletoaqueoussolutionsofuraniumcontaining0.05to20guraniumperlitreofsolutionpresentedtothespectrometer.Eitherwavelength-dispersiveorenergy-dispersiveX-rayfluorescencesystemsmaybeusedprovidedthesoftwareaccompanyingthesystemisabletoaccommodatetheuseofinternalstandards.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthestepsnecessaryforthepreparationandanalysisbyX-rayfluorescence(XRF)ofmineralacidsolutionscontaininguranium.1.2Thistestmethodisvalidforthosesolutionscontaining2to20guranium/Laspresentedtothespectrometer.Higherconcentrationsmaybecoveredbyappropriatedilutions.1.3Thistestmethodrequirestheuseofanappropriateinternalstandard.Caremustbetakentoascertainthatsamplesanalyzedbythistestmethoddonotcontaintheinternalstandardelementorthatthiscontaminationhasbeencorrectedformathematicallywheneverpresent.Suchcorrectionsarenotaddressedinthistestmethod.Caremustalsobetakenthatthechoiceofinternalstandardandsamplemediumarecompatible;thatis,donotuseyttriumwithsolutionscontainingHForstrontiumwiththosehavingH2SO4.Alternativelyascatterlinemaybeusedasinternalstandard.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection8andNote1.
