【摘要】:1.1ThisspecificationspecifiestherecommendedphysicalcharacteristicsofthesteelbladesrequiredforthesurfacecuttestdescribedinANSI/UL1703(Section24)andIEC61730-2(Paragraph10.3).1.2ANSI/UL1703andIEC61730-2arestandardsforphotovoltaicmodulesafetytesting.1.3ThisstandardprovidesadditionalfabricationdetailsforthesurfacecuttestbladesthatarenotprovidedinANSI/UL1703orIEC61730-2.Surfacecuttestbladesthathaveout-of-tolerancecornerradiiorburrsareknowntocauseerroneoustestresults,eitherpassesorfailures.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
