【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestoresidualcurrentoperatedcircuit-breakersfunctionallyindependentof,orfunctionallydependenton,linevoltage,forhouseholdandsimilaruses,notincorporatingovercurrentprotection(hereafterreferredtoasRCCBs),forratedvoltagesnotexceeding440Va.c.andratedcurrentsnotexceeding125A?forfixedinstallations?,intendedprincipallyforprotectionagainstshock-hazard.Thesedevicesareintendedtoprotectpersonsagainstindirectcontact,theexposedconductivepartsoftheinstallationbeingconnectedtoanappropriateearthelectrode.Theymaybeusedtoprovideprotectionagainstfirehazardsduetoapersistentearthfaultcurrent,withouttheoperationoftheovercurrentprotectivedevice.RCCBshavingaratedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAarealsousedasameansforadditionalprotectionincaseoffailureoftheprotectivemeansagainstelectricshock.Thisstandardappliestodevicesperformingsimultaneouslythefunctionsofdetectionoftheresidualcurrent,ofcomparisonofthevalueofthiscurrentwiththeresidualoperatingvalueandofopeningoftheprotectedcircuitwhentheresidualcurrentexceedsthisvalue.RCCBswithinthescopeofthisstandardareintendedforusedinanenvironmentpollutiondegree2.Theyaresuitableforisolation.DevicestothisstandardaresuitableforuseinITsystemsiftherequirementsoftheinstallationrulesaremet.?Specialprecautions(e.g.lightningarresters)maybenecessarywhenexcessiveovervoltagesarelikelytooccuronthesupplyside(forexampleinthecaseofsupplythroughoverheadlines)(seeIEC60364-4-443).RCCBsofthegeneraltypeareresistanttounwantedtrippingincludingthecasewheresurgevoltages(asaresultofswitchingtransientsorinducedbylightning)causeloadingcurrentsintheinstallationwithoutoccurrenceofflashover.RCCBsoftheStypeareconsideredtobesufficientproofagainstunwantedtrippingevenifthesurgevoltagecausesaflashoverandafollow-oncurrentoccurs.Italsocontainsthedetailsrelativetotestrequirementsandmethodsoftestingnecessarytoensurereproducibilityoftestresults.Thisstandardstatesa)thecharacteristicsofRCCBs,b)theconditionswithwhichRCCBsshallcomply,withreferenceto1)theiroperationandbehaviourinnormalservice,2)theiroperationandbehaviourincaseofshort-circuits,3)theiroperationunderresidualcurrentconditions,4)theirdielectricproperties,5)EMC,c)thetestsintendedforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmetandthemethodstobeadoptedforthetests,d)thedatatobemarkedonthedevices,e)thetestsequencestobecarriedoutandthenumberofsamplestobesubmittedforcertificationpurposes(seeAnnexA),f)theroutineteststobecarriedoutoneachRCCBtorevealunacceptablevariationsinmaterialormanufacture,likelytoaffectsafety(seeAnnexD)
