【摘要】:Lubricatinggreasescancontainthelithiumsoapofhydroxystearicacidorthesodiumsoapofvariousfattyacidsasthickeners.Thedeterminationoftotallithiumortotalsodiumisameasureoftheamountofthickenerinthegrease.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationofthelithiumandsodiumcontentoflubricatinggreasesbymeansofaflamephotometer.1.2Amulti-elementanalysismethodforgreases,whichincludesthemeasurementoflithiumandsodiumconcentrationsusinginductivelycoupleplasma-atomicemissionspectroscopy(ICP-AES),isavailableinTestMethodD7303.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thepreferredunitsaremass%.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
